Family vacations in the Aquaventure world

Our family in Dubai

When we depart the hotel for Aquavanture, the temperature immediately rises to 40 degrees (presumably in May). Even if our armory must contain hats, sunglasses, 50+ protection factor, and many other items, the finest move we have made so far on our first day at the Atlantis Hotel has been to purchase boys’ shirts with three-quarter sleeves to shield them.

I first encountered Aquavanture during my 2016 visit, when I spent an whole day at the water park and the Atlantis hotel (I wrote about the hotel here after my trip this year). Since we like it at the time, we made the decision to extend our stay and even spend a few days at the hotel. Such a water park is just amazing for those who grew up with Eforie, Costinesti, or Venus camps and beach bathing days!

In addition to half board, the reservation includes free daily admission for all four to The Lost Chambers – Lost Affects and Aquavanture Waterpark, which promises and offers pleasure for all ages and tastes. These are actually the two primary reasons you should come or remain at Atlantis The Palm Dubai.

We enter the tropical setting, which includes asphalt or paved alleyways, flowers, palm palms, and an artificial river.

Hotel guests descend a level under reception at Ambassador Lagoon (up to two levels) and cross the hotel halls to the entrance point, while regular tourists approach the Avenues through one of the hotel’s majestic halls to the ticket offices. They have a special ticket house where you may get free admission bracelets of a different color every day by simply saying the room’s name and number.

There are lockers for valuables (we carried them with us and placed them beneath the deck chair so that no one could take them), changing areas, and multipurpose baths (with showers included) just after the entrance area. Small stores selling swimming suits, water slippers, slabs, glasses, sun creams, caps, and other items may be found everywhere. I got complimentary towels to use on sunbeds at the towel cottages. Visitors can, however, bring their own towels or pay for the rental.

Private bungalows are scattered around the water park, with strong ropes separating them from the public parts. A huge tent, table, chairs, a refrigerator crate with four waters, loungers and towels, a safe, a hammock, and a staff member who takes your orders for meals, drinks, and ice cream and delivers them straight to the table are all included in the day’s rental.

Splasher’s Children Play Area is the first space on the left that is designated for smaller kids. Tonogans over slides, barrels full to overflow, water accessories, plenty of laughter and pleasure, and contented kids….

The part of the pool where we begin with the collars on the torrent river is located on the right side of the main lane. A path we decided to do every day, mostly on Rapids—some animated sections of strong currents that cause the collaces float very swiftly, to rinse, to circle, and to drop miniature waterfalls (genre)—included hundreds of basic, double collars with or without a kid, as well as dozens of rescues throughout the park.

If we become bored, we can go anywhere and stroll to the deck chair since there are several outlets along the river that is twisted on the lengthy path to the dolphin bay. We burn our soles, though, since the asphalt is so hot. We wear beach slippers and head to the river or water slides to recuperate.

The enormous structure known as Neptun’s Tower (Tower of Neptune) houses around three levels of slides and attractions ranging in difficulty.

Two collapsible slides on the first level are The Falls and The Extinguisher. It was a lot of fun, and we all gave ourselves four times while floating on twisted or covered twisted slides (all in the dark).

Other attractions on the second level, with or without a colac, include Shark Attack, Shamal, and The Plunge. In the last collage, he leads us into a tube within an aquarium where we float amid fish, sea cats, and even sharks.

We head up to the last level for The Leap of Faith, which is a narrow, collage-free slide where kids above 130 cm can travel with their hands crossed and their knees crossed at the ankles. No family members were assigned this slide, and we all got two double collapses for The Surge.

The exit from every slide, with the exception of Shark Attack and Leap of Faith, is located in a torrent river, requiring the use of extra roads that go back to the tower. And once again and ascend the steps, using the back collages once more. Once more.

Zoomerango, Aquaconda, Slitherine, and Poseidon’s Revenge are the four really amazing attractions at the Tower of Poseidon, the majority of which had collapses. Atlanta Flyers, a Tyrolean tower close to Poseidon’s tower at the beach’s exit, charges tourists 100 AED per person or hotel guests 75 AED per person.

In the distance, we can see the Burj Al Arab and Dubai Marina’s skyline line. The sea of Arabia’s cooked water, which is transparent turquoise, invites us to swim or see the little fish benches or crabs. On the right side of the fine sand are loungers, volleyball courts, and football grounds. We can access the beach (Aquavant Beach) from a number of locations along the water park, and white vehicles (Buggy) on the park’s cliffs transport us between locations for free.

What more could we ask for? A cool beer, I tell you! On the beach, you won’t find Arabs drinking beer. And as a result of this, the grownups suffered greatly!

We award Sea Lion Point and Dolphin Bay on the cliff. Programs with dolphins and seals are extra-charged and only available with advance reservations. Although we weren’t, we took a pricing brochure to get a sense of the expenses, which are rather high and may be very costly for a family of four. For instance, I had this (the hotel’s visitor/guest charge per person in AED) at the end of the month.

Do you believe that 400 AED is worth around 100 euros? No, I reply. However, if you are able or choose to participate in one of these activities, the hotel’s website has details and a description.

An additional benefit is that any events featuring dolphins or seals grant free admission to the Aquavanture Water Park on that day, eliminating the need to purchase park admission tickets (normally cost 260 AED per person).

In terms of cuisine, you can get Asian or Arabic cuisine in eateries like Barracudas or Shark Bites, along with a lot of pizza and fries. Fast food restaurants providing burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, fried potatoes, pizza, or nuggets/wings can also be found in other locations, such as Splashers, Snappers, or Waves. Tons of water, coffee, soft drinks, or ice cream.

Extra Tip: You may bring a bottle of water inside, but it will warm up right away. The price of a 500 ml water bottle is 13 AED. The deal costs 40 AED if you take four bottles. Or get an Aquavanture-marked glass from the menu and pay 8 AED each refill for limitless water or juice. Chilly!

Like us, the boys enjoy water, the sun, and the slides, and the Aquaventure Waterpark is one of the biggest and coolest water parks we’ve been to.

Navigating the Ticket Purchase for Aquaventure Waterpark: A Family Adventure

We had all been looking forward to our day at Aquaventure Waterpark, one of the most famous waterparks in the world. But before we could dive into the thrilling slides and lazy rivers, we needed to figure out how to buy Aquaventure Waterpark tickets. Here’s how we navigated the ticket purchasing Aquaventure Waterpark process together, ensuring we got the best deal and a smooth entry into this aquatic paradise.

Researching Our Options

Before heading to the park, we gathered around a table at our hotel to discuss the best ways to purchase Aquaventure Waterpark tickets. After some quick research, we discovered several options, each with its own advantages:

  1. Official Website: The Atlantis, The Palm website offered direct ticket sales, often with exclusive online discounts.
  2. Third-Party Vendors: Websites like Viator and GetYourGuide frequently had package deals that included entry to Aquaventure along with other attractions.
  3. On-Site Purchase: While we could buy tickets at the entrance, we knew this might involve long lines, especially during peak times.

Buying Aquaventure World Waterpark Tickets Online

After weighing our options, we decided to book Aquaventure Waterpark tickets online through the official Atlantis website. This seemed like the most convenient choice, and we were eager to take advantage of any online discounts. Here’s how we did it together:

  1. Visit the Official Website: One of us opened a laptop and navigated to the Atlantis, The Palm website. The homepage was user-friendly, with clear links to buy Aquaventure Waterpark ticket.

  2. Select the Date: We found the ticket section and selected the date of our visit. This was crucial, as some tickets were date-specific, especially during busy seasons.

  3. Choose Ticket Type: We were presented with several options: standard entry, fast pass tickets for quicker access to rides, and combo tickets that included access to other attractions. After some discussion, we opted for the standard entry ticket, wanting to experience the park at our own pace.

  4. Add Extras: The website also offered add-ons, such as meal packages and cabana rentals. We decided to keep it simple for now and just purchase Aquaventure the entry tickets.

  5. Payment Process: After reviewing our selections, we proceeded to the checkout. The payment process was straightforward, and we appreciated the various payment options available, including credit cards and digital wallets.

  6. Confirmation Email: Once our payment was processed, we received a confirmation email with our e-tickets attached. We made sure to save these on our phones and printed a few copies just in case.

Exploring Other Options

While we were pleased with our online purchase Aquaventure World Waterpark, we also took a moment to explore other ticket options. We checked third-party vendors like Viator and GetYourGuide, which sometimes offered bundled deals that included transportation or additional attractions. However, we found that the prices were comparable to the official site, and we preferred the peace of mind that came with buying directly from Atlantis.

On-Site Aquaventure World Waterpark Ticket Purchase

For those who prefer spontaneity, we noticed that purchasing Aquaventure World tickets on-site was also an option. However, we had heard stories of long lines, especially during weekends and holidays. If you choose this route, we recommend arriving early to avoid the crowds.
